Well this command will probably be for roleplaying purposes only.

If turned on, you would not join a battle, even if harmed.

An option could be to dodge, block, parry only.

auto attack
auto attack evade

Purposes
When you wish to be disciplined without giving back hits.
When you want to show off your dodge/parry/block skills
When you want to fight handicapped for a start.

It would be nice to control whether you start cutting people up or not. I wonder if there is a code related reason that this hasn't happened.

The main practical use I see for anything like this is when you accidentally attack your own group members. Instead of forcing particular characters to flee and what have you, it would be nice if everyone could just press the "STOP" button and stop killing each other.

Makes good sense.

we were in the middle of Sith, flee meant death, especially since i was too tired for recall potions.

I would really like to see this. There is a ton of induction ceremonies that require you to die. And this seems perfect for it since you want to sacrifice yourself, not defend yourself.

Also great for practicing dodge and stuff if your attacker doesn't die.

PS. The stop command would be Amazing to have.

I would like a stop command to break out of anything you're currently doing: casting, attacking, whatever. It would be nice.
