Kin,

I really like how hard you work to role-play and I think the mud would miss you terribly, but the attitude that anybody who doesn't react the way you want them to isn't role playing at all is elitist and irritating. This is a game and we all have different goals for our characters. Even those of us who aren't into PK at all, aren't necessarily interested in exactly the same things you are. Maybe that means we're rotten rp-ers... maybe it means we just see things differently.

I bet kin was one of those kids that couldn't play well with others unless everything was the way he wanted it to be.

I, for one, have always enjoyed your originality, Kin, but I've also told you before that true creativity isn't manipulating the reasonable, already-firm barriers of the structure you're trying to work within (Pyrathia and it's playerbase) so much as creating something unique that fits those barriers and still holds its own (because that stuff is tough). In the future, if other players bash your ideas, either roll things they will accept or stop moaning and stick it out.

Good luck with your next idea, since this one seems run in. Ease up on yourself a little. You don't have to be a demigod of role play, just a good participant.

It's simple.

99 times out of 100 when something strange wanders into the Inn it is either someone's pet/minion or a polymorphed sorcerer. When you walk into the Inn looking strange you should expected everyone to think you are someone's pet/minion or a polymorphed sorcerer.

Now if something strange walks into the Inn and it turns out to be an actual marauding NPC? Everyone should expect it to be a sorcerer and get caught by surprise!

I once disguised myself as the GGI and was horrified when the Fist attacked me on sight. How could they miss such a valuable roleplay opportunity? Don't people know that it's all for the <3? So why did they refuse to understand me? Boo hoo.
