Hello, my first character was a mercenary. I was hoping to do better this time around with a scout. Can anyone give me any scout tips?

But seriously, there's a good thread around here already with some tips. Mine would be to know your abilities and where to get what you need when you need it.


Someone is going to say get a lion and have it armored, I'm sure.


When I was leveling up a scout, one thing I quickly learned was that a reaching spear was a lot less of a headache to train with than an actual ranged weapon.

If you play a centaur you can kick your way through vet, and yes spears is the way to go until you hit mentor or so

Max CHA first before any other stat.
I'd hit up CON/STR after CHA.
I suggest starting in Ayamao, because it is VERY scout friendly.
