Halflings are an oddity, and not well understood, I'm afraid.

Yes, but slowly, as I tried to illustrate in a later post. A M1A1HA without a weapon can still do damage. I forgot that tanking isn't actually related to strength at all in this game, but I instantly remembered when Edoras posted. Dex all the way.

But there are several tribal communities of Halflings. There's even a halfling shaman NPC. And even if they sucked hardcore people would still play them, halflings are just awesome-sauce.

I'd strangle a dolphin to see this implemented.
