I find it funny how you can see such a sharp divide in the playerbase. 10 people think this is an OP item, and 10 people have no idea what it is.

*yes i know they fixed the bug which made it OP. my point still applies.

I am sure I will be flamed or insulted for this, but everyone who complains about people only going for "the l00tz" I assure it it was not the people who did not know this item was OP. I would say look at those who thought it was fine, and at least half of those who knew what it was.

I'm not sure that this item needs a "nerf" since there's an easy, very easy way to disable the use of the item.
