Do want. I got messages from cityguards engaging a character, and by the time I got there, an NPC was stunned, and the character was no where to be found. I checked the outlaw list and he was on it of course. I tried to send him a tell, but he's sleeping. This makes me think he was caught and taken to jail, but I can't tell for sure. He could have limped away and fell asleep in some field somewhere.

I had to read that post three times before I managed to figure out that you were asking for a new game feature. I agree that it would be nice for tribunal members to see a list of who is currently spending time in jail. It would be useful and makes perfect IC sense.

I like this idea. You can have another outlaw command. Currently this is what you get with the outlaw commands:

Code:
[Laws help] outlaw jail crime

Syntax: outlaw memory   (list crimes witnessed)
        outlaw list     (list wanted criminals)*
outlaw <number> (to report a crime)*
        outlaw laws     (to view laws)*

If you are the witness to a crime, you may report the criminal to the local
judge, outlawing the criminal.  (*) To do so, you must actually visit the
magistrate and speak to him or her directly.

The vagabonds, murderers, and thieves that find themselves outlawed in a
country will be hunted down whenever they are within that kingdom's borders.
The more crimes they have commited, the more likely it is that someone will
catch up to them and attempt to claim the bounty for them by killing them.

The legal system is somewhat slow at times, so if you are not having much
luck speaking to the Judge or Magistrate of a certain country, you might
wish to get a hold of the local thieves organization, as they are well
known for being adept at avoiding the consequences of their actions.

A more reputable person may wish to contact the relevant tribunal, and
(C)ontinue - (R)efresh - (B)ack - (H)elp - (Q)uit [RETURN]:c

initiate discussions for a possible pardon.  Though not always guaranteed,
is one of the few ways to avoid serving jail time, apart from breaking out
of jail of course.

I think you should be able to able to go to any judge in your kingdoms, and type Outlaw captured or Outlaw incarcerated and the judge will list off the names of any person in jail in that kingdom and the time remaining on their sentance.

Simple as that. Ofcourse this should be limited to tribunal members of that kingdom only. That's an idea I really like.

EDIT: I just realized something. The outlaw status command isn't in that helpfile. That should be fixed!

Code:
[HP:100%] [ME: 74%] [PE:100%]
> outlaw status
You are not a criminal in this land.
