Okay, I've fixed FORUMID manually (for now), and tested by replaying the transaction log of requests from about 1st Jan onwards, so everything should be up to date now.

I'll be keeping an eye on requests that pop up and eventually turning on full automation. There may be a delay of a few hours between request and result while I'm babysitting the procedure over the next few days.

In summary:
- Everyone that has already set their FORUMID should now have access to any relevant faction, religion or leadership forum their character(s) are a part of.
- Anyone that no longer have access to any relevant faction, religion or leadership forum their character(s) are a part of should have had it removed.

Please let me know of any exceptions and I'll clean them up accordingly.

Should I re-reset this? I still don't have access to religious HF.

Already had several PMs inform me of some tweaks that are still required.
