What if that uninduction was really important for the leaders' RP concept though?

Any time I've taken over a tribunal, anyone that hasn't been on for 5 weeks usually gets the boot.

And that excuse was also given for forced rape rp and it failed, "But it was really important for my RP concept!"

Being gone for a while without some sort of notification to the leader for the reason, is one thing. Less than a week, bogus.

I'm sorry but uninducting someone should be the very very last option and you better have a very good reason for it. Removing someone because they haven't been on for a few weeks is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. First, a character can only ever join one tribunal or cabal and sometimes two if they switch from one cabal in a kingdom to the tribunal or the other way around. It isn't something that should be done freely because you feel like it. And second, sometimes people cannot help it oocly that they cannot log on for a few weeks and they shouldn't be punished for that ICly.
