I think you just get off on being hostile and argumentative.

There should only be one way out of a jail cell, and if you recall, killing in jail was a privilege that was abused and taken away.

Yes. So. Explain to me ICly how you are unable to kill people in jail.

Either, you're chained to a [REDACTED] wall, or somebody's watching you.

As long as you can still spam yell in jail, I don't care

OR it's a [REDACTED] jail cell. Do you have any idea of how much room you'd need to properly wield a sword in combat?

AFAIK, the only abuse of killing in jail was to...get people out of jail without the effort of a jailbreak, right? It's not like the other person is fighting back. Don't need to wield a sword.

Sure, Syndal. Because there could never possibly be an instance where killing someone in jail would be IC justified by some RP.

You keep puffing that peace pipe.

So lightie goes into jail and kills lightie. Please explain. Especially since I believe you were one of the ones that cried so hard to get the scrupulous help file changed when I was being awesome with my swashbuckler.

Oh, this is going to be fun.

I'm not saying that a lightie killing a lightie in jail would be acceptable. But I AM saying that there exists a possibility that two actual enemies might end up in the same jail cell.

Also, I don't know what the [REDACTED] you're talking about with the scrupulous helpfile.

Two enemies may end up in the same jail cell yes, but the reason the restraints exist now is because it was common practice for a person on the same side to jump in jail and kill the person that had some ridiculous 80 day sentence. This includes lightie on lightie violence. I suppose it is only a problem when someone as tough as I am does it though.

I'm pretty sure when I said, "killing in jail was a privilege that was taken away," that it was a nod to this exact abuse.

Just pretty sure. You know. Privileges aren't usually just arbitrarily taken away unless they're abused.
