Imp is most definitely the most dangerous.

None of these NPCs go where a real lowbie should be.

The imp always sits on a main road in uxmal.

Ooooohhh...that explains it. I was wondering what imp you guys were talking about. I hardly go through Uxmal. That cougar though...like Thyki said, every character.

The double teaming enormous locusts are pretty awful too. But the ones I think they should do something about are the two bandits between Exile and Everclear, because for starters, they're right by a newbie starting zone, and they're ALWAYS there, not just sometimes there like all the others mention. They're easy enough once you've advanced a little ways, but I had a early char die to one, and I've seen plenty of other newbies make the same mistake.

Bandits won't attack you unless you rest/sleep by them, so big a deal.

The ones that used to be indeed dangerous for newbies were the lions in Taslamar and the Tigers in Zhensh when they would wander near the portal stones. None of those now wanders where newbies should walk. And the cougar is indeed nasty, but it's in one specific small area, easily avoided by newbies.

The bandits in Taslamar backstab you when you walk into the room :(

I've been killed by the cougar on the road south of the Zhensh stones. I was on my way to buy a lion from Garazul and on the road was a damn cougar. Sadly, I had no car to get into to hide from said cougar, and I was raped. It was brutal.
