I actually thought we had made faerie fire a good spell these days. Not true?

Faerie fire has it's uses, I don't think it's that great in PvP, unless maybe versus a rogue or someone who's going to try to hide or go invis.

In theory. If you could randomly just automatically throw Faerie Fire at someone, it'd be cool.

In practice, there's probably something more helpful you could casting/ordering/reciting/zapping/etc.

If you think you're going to have time to cast like 5+ damage spells on someone, FF is worth using. (Or if you have one of the triple-damage spells scrolls.) Generally, fights don't last anywhere near that long. Either the person dies, or they get away.

I /can/ think of one log where I regret not using FF.

It's a good spell, though yes, unless you're fighting a rogue/halfling, there is probably something more helpful you could be doing.

Nothing wrong with niche spells, though.

Faerie fire is an amazing spell.

You know, they teach you inequality school that you can never have them facing in such a way.

Faerie fire is the king of prepared PvP.

Edoras loves faerie fire cause he was using those 3x powerful scrolls of rape. Syn's view of the spell is rather accurate here. Even if she is a lady of the night.

The one fight I regret not using it was when I zapped all my wands at Nico.

Oh I knew that as soon as I read it. It was a funny fight.
