I do not have any logs. However I find that tames that are stronger then you will occasionally attack. However its REALLY easy to stop them, via another tame. Also NPCs that are naturally aggressive will attack more often on a failed tame.

Yeah, basically don't bring up gameplay issues that you don't want to get nerfed.
