Searching for 'telnet client' might get more hits than 'mud client'.

PS: iPhone clients I've used include zaTelnet and iTelnet, neither of which hit the mark for me, but they might be viable for others.

For Nokia, you need to search for "symbian" apps that can provide the telnet functionality.

It's been quite some time since I dabbled with their SDK.

I use blowtorch on my droid. you can make transparent quick keys but really us only good for leveling unless youre super elite at texting fast. which is almost impossible on a droid

EVO Shift 4G has a slide keyboard. Not that I play SK on my mobile. Just saying -- you could probably type fast on my phone.

Between customizable touch screen buttons and a pull out keyboard, doing some sk with BlowTorch can be pretty decent. But talking and RPing with other people, as opposed to just killing NPCs can be pretty difficult.
