Be nice to also have cabal recall option, heard one can only recall directly into their HQ if it is being attacked.

I bet that would be really annoying actually. Personally, I rarely ever go to an HQ unless there is some express reason, since there's usually nothing going on there. But, perhaps the IMM's might make a portal for the Crucible. Like a temple somewhere on the mainland where there is a portal that can open if you say a certain thing, etc... Might make it easier for the Crucies that aren't Sorc/Priests
