Syn, those logs have a lot of you recalling and also other people casting aggressive spells on you instead of your elemental/guard, shooting iron arrows at you instead of your guard NPCs or otherwise committing suicide in various hilarious ways. The first one and last one are the only ones worth mentioning, and the last was you as an elf guardian defending Sith'a'niel from a deep-elf sorcerer without any toys (I didn't even have an eth wand) by kiting in all kinds of guard NPCs.

Nothing in those logs suggests that warlocks are OP'd in the slightest.

Warlocks already have fireball, which does as much damage as call lightning in normal weather conditions. It also has an extra room on range, so a warlock should always trump a shaman for tribunal defense.

The fireball cast time is just as fast, if not faster, than call lightning, too. The warlocks nowadays are just bad. I have yet to see one use fireball in a log. This is by far the best ranged class still. If you trying to fight in the same room as your enemy and then complain because a shaman is better in that situation, you are doing it wrong.

Fireball is not as damaging as call lightning. Although I still think it is very useful.

I think giving call lightning to warlocks is a fine idea. I don't think it would OP them and I think it fits their spellset. Despite recent buffs, warlock is still one of the weaker classes.

Along with the Baldric class. That class sucks so hard. I've only ever seen one Baldric class ever roll'd and he never does anything right. It's almost embarrassing.

Join a Tribunal. Or Druids. And Warlocks are OPd, if anything.

Man, warlocks with no art trains are pretty hot.

They aren't OP, but they are perfectly functional. And this was before they had pets. So now even non-trib warlocks have a higher degree of functionality.
