How about a ditsy female God, Paris. Goddess of Fashion, Accessories, and Small Dogs

Hmm. Would 'bedazzle' be a skill or a spell?

Hard to say. It doesn't really require any concentration.

But the lag is definitely on the front side, before you see results. I'm going with spell.

We would also have to make small dogs to go with the bags. Maybe a treasure item or something so that you could place it in the bag. When held, a "pet" command would have the dog act like a real toy pooch.

Pet "The Miniature Pinscher fiercly attempts to escape soandso's grip by wriggling in circles while whimpering in protest."


Then of course, we would need sunglasses and "bumps" that females can wear on the head slot.
