Bard tanking five levels below the lock takes 15-20% damage. Lock dies to monsters, throw code is messed up.

IMpairment for persuade is kind of useless, you are thrown into combat on a fail which means you cannot use persuade again or you need to slaughter the NPC you are trying to persuade. Fail rate for persuade still seems REALLY high.

Impairment doesn't just lower the save against persuade, it lowers all will based saves. So yes, if all you want to do is persuade, it isn't a boost. But if you are trying to help someone else land a willpower spell, it's actually a big buff.

From my experience, anything and everything that can cast dispel has a high chance of removing the elemental. Ivstnesr's got dispelled by many many many many things in her days. Including NPCs that were lower level, holywords ect..
