It probably should be uncapped like damage xp, otherwise a couple of ticks into healing for a leveling group and you're right back to not having a point in being there.

Yeah I was going to say the same thing. The cap seems to be pretty low also.

How could you know yet? Healing XP has been almost entirely broken for who knows how long.

I agree that I don't have a specific knowledge of how much of a cap there is, but the idea that there is a cap vs doing damage in which there is none is what I'm objecting to.

I'm basing my judgment on the cap seeming to be pretty low for other non-combat spells relative to how fast you gain XP while fighting things. Regardless of how fast the healing XP accumulates, it'll quickly hit the cap and then the incentive will return to spam damage things rather than heal people.

If you can master half your spells in the amount of time it takes for the cap to reset, you don't deserve any more. Stop grinding spells and just let them progress naturally.
