Hitting someone in the knee with an arrow should be auto PK and the character becomes an NPC spirit that complains about how he was an adventurer until ... you know the rest

It has come to my attention that ranged combat definitely needs wimped since Kira is currently playing a scout.

Damage on larger characters shouldn't be wimped. But range for lower characters should be increased.
