Not agreed, QQ more everyone. I dont think it needs to be changed at all. It does exactly what D wanted, BALANCES. Thats why you all are crying rivers right now because you're so use to winning all the time. Go buy a box of tissues. As for the log above, YOU attacked a known MR barb with buffs and YOU weighted yourself so heavily down with YOUR hoarding that it penalized YOU, god forbid.

As this is gamepay, with respect to the log snippet I'll just point out that I was fatigued to asthmatic already from killing you and Reinald earlier and that I handled Queltakahn pretty easily anyhow. 8)

I'd originally said that I wanted more time to form an opinion on this skill. Upon reflection, I think I was right that it empowers a style of play that makes the game less fun for me, that being the no-regard-for-life griffarb. Unfortunately it's impossible to separate the two; while AoN seems like a fun idea independent of griffons the fact is that the race enables play that I just don't like. That's my opinion!

Um why is it so easy to ressurect a mr barb? They resiste prayers as magic, they should resist rezes.

Well, if they can be suicide barbs, then finally griffons excel at something! Let it be then!

This is not an auto skill. It must be activated. It requires resources to activate it. If it isn't triggered within a short amount of time after it has been activated, it wears off and must be activated again.

Pretty sure I've said this all before. Let's not start over from scratch just because WW just came back from hiatus.

I meant in general, the MR barb has such a distaste for magic that he is able to shrug off all kinds of magic and even project an aura that consumes magic, why would a ressurection spell be any different than cure light, harm, spirit aura, armor, etc.?

There needs to be something a character can do to reduce the chances that the negation will successfully strip his buffs. And the base chance of a 100% MR barb stripping a particular buff needs to be set lower than the seemingly 95% success rate that it currently has.

I think the lack of PvP success from MR barbarians is not the fact they are poor, just that a veteran hasn't utilized them. Besides the quick pvp, they are pretty boring. They are super terrible for PvE and like most warrior classes, are pretty boring once gmed.

Yeah, because spamming locate object, gate and enchant weapon/armor are SOOOO exciting. I find typically that I have a lot more fun when I play a class that doesn't have locate object for one thing. Other players are always going to need tanks too.

Sure there are pros and cons, but why should an MR barb be able to excel at everything?

I still like the fact that it's something different, and I hope it remains this way (because these MR griffarbs are totally dominating the field for me).

Once upon a time I came upon an MR griffarb, and I was like holy [REDACTED], it's an MR barbarian! I then typed in o all bash newb, and his aura of negation fired impotently on my storebought pet. I was like wow, good thing I had a storebought pet in front of me. Since I was still totally buffed up with giant strength, and haste, and frenzy I killed him in the next two rounds. It was hilarious. His player then manifested and accused me of using hacks. I lawled.
