You can easily get to master with just refresh and cure light as a paladin.

HF would be nice though

yeah you can melee your way there, but spear of faith would be so much better.

Bump? Almost laughable how long these people have been waiting.

D's on it, I wager.

He mentioned that my 3-week waiting co-leader would be flagged.

I will just use this thread to reiterate that we really need some kind of automatic flagging system for characters who have entered their names in a queue. If they don't get flagged or "denied" (would be an active process that removes their name from the queue) within a certain time period (I would set it at 1 week, but could imagine up to 2), they automatically get flagged. If the HF doesn't like it later, he/she can always blemish them.

There just aren't enough HFs/imms around to keep things going for all religions.

I think you should just be able to join a religion on the spot, with no input from anyone else. It's a rather common affair for religions to be completely dead or have 1 incredibly inactive follower (who often isn't even HF). If there is an HF and she ends up having a problem with you, it can be dealt with..you know..via rp.

I'm not sure how you'd handle stuff like idiots rolling griffons and picking Sargas, so obviously this idea is flawed.

Obviously my comment might be slightly biased. :P
