Just like Diablo you make a character Hardcore and you get cool points for the amount of PK you survive before you are snuffed out for good.

There is no adrenaline rush in that, you have control of your character, if you just know death=deletion, just think of much internet comparison is going to happen.

Well, this also has zero chance of getting added as an actual in-game feature. SK isn't meant to mimic Diablo II.

I support this idea because of the massive QQ that would ensue after every hardcore death. In fact, I would make a character that did nothing but hunt down hardcore characters - sort of like a bounty hunter. I can almost taste the salty tears now - NOMNOMONOMONOM! So yummy and delicious!

I think this is a bad idea if there is broad support for making it harder to flee (aka word of recall unbrewable, etc). Besides this isn't Diablo! Resurrection is an IC part of the environment, not just a game mechanic.

Only if you agree to make bash harder to land.

IN all seriousnes it would be a great thing if you made fleeing harder as long as bash wasn't able to be spammed on a person. Also I was thinking damage should be reworked in order to extend battle time to give some of us who can't seem to remeber how to type a better change to fire stuff in battle. As it is it goes really fast.

Retreat > word of recall.

Speaking of making things harder to spam, I'd like to know why trying actions while prone (bash/trip/etc) will give you recovery-time lag, but attempting the action against someone who is already prone does not.
