I could see giving them the ability to join two religions, it would give them greater opportunity to deceive people. It may seem overpowered but it would give then a much better chance too pull things off lie joining hammer/fist and then lead people down the path of lies.give them the ability to make the food of either religion and/or symbol. Ultimate deciet to become highfollower of dulrik.

Thubans don't need no more buffs.

While true, but if basically their spell was turned into an innate ability so that only they can use it when they... lets say wear the symbol of the other religion they lied their way into.

No way to lie your way into a religion without having their spell up.

True, I realized that after I hit submit. Just some method where they can lie their way in and just remove what they currently get.

The only way for a Thubanite to lie his way into another religion, is ... with a Dead religion.

Other than that, plenty of ways to spot one, which kind of makes the whole impersonation deal... harder.

The God grants such ability, and thus Dulrik wouldn't be stupid enough to fall for such trickery.

Now, considering the antithesis between those two particular faiths - Lies and Truth - it would be the ultimate goal of any Thubanite to be recognized as a paragon of Truth and start spreading the "True word of God".

Also, considering Thuban's lore from the help file and what we IC know and also taking into consideration all the interactions mentioned in every godly helpfile, Gods are not exempt from trickery. It just takes a very special and good person to pull it off.

As it is, even if you find that stellar roleplayer to pull off such an immense feat perfectly, the code doesn't support it so his or her reign will be very short lived.

But it supports a light aura priest of Thuban. . . .
