Exile is ridiculously easy to steamroll, whereas the Moot has 3423435345 groups of guards trolling around. Some of them upwards of 9 NPCs.

Pretty much. Syn has the capacity to be reasonable, subtle and mature. I've seen her use it. It was just four years ago. IMO the North is fine. All the guards are lower level than the rest of the trib's, plus it's already been nerfed. The only OP that was wrong with the north was the trio, and that has been fixed. You also can't summon anymore via guard NPCs.

Edoras isn't childish, he just has the flaw of arguing with children.

Its your use of exclamation points, insults, and idiotic threads to try and prove your points. Instead of just proving it with empirical facts. You have an almost unparalleled knowledge of SK, it's something I envy about you. However, your personality and treatment of others is funny until it's obnoxious - on an OOC and IC basis.
