I interacted with Alaric on friendly, neutral, and enemy characters and he was always consistant. Good luck with your new job and with getting settled in a new city.

I enjoyed the role that Alaric forced Jurath into playing. Wish both of us had been able to maintain enough interest in the game to keep that played out.

Alaric was one of the key figures in my introduction to the MUD, and my interactions with him were one of the reasons I chose to stick around. Thanks for having the patience to show a newb the ropes.

Alis HATED Alaric with a passion. He was everything she hated about men. Crude, tough and unbreakable. She hated the fact that he wasn't easily manipulated and how he treated her only pissed her off more which is why she tried to get Tolene to kill him for her. Alis knew that she couldn't take him herself and preferred not to dirty her hands. That plan backfired horribly due to Ardith's paranoia.

All in all though, despite the fact Alis hated him, I personally loved the character. He was well played and from what I saw was pretty helpful. Eventually Alis got used to him and helped him, but still hated him. Hope you come back. The Mud needs people like you.

I won't miss Alaric as much as Alis. Too bad she missed

A new job and a new house made me take a major break from SK. You can't imagine how disappointing it was to see this name listed on the afterlife forum. Loved the character.
