Wearing +10 INT is a pretty big sacrifice in saves even if you have ++leet eq.

Also having no way to mod int back up would make swashies far too powerful agains caster classes. You'd need to make the save a lot easier, the debuff lower (-4 or somethibg) or both if you did that.
