Peplyn was being held under the sleep spell, shouldn't a resisted spell still be considered an aggressive action and wake the person up? He stayed asleep until the spell actually landed.

SHe was actually targeting herself there. Somewhere in there, she cut it out, but she looked like peplyn. Further on in the log, it shows her using 2.pep to target him.

You missed part of the log, there is no bug just a failed spell
