This new 'retire' command has cost me a death or two. Usually I type 'ret' instead of the full word for retreat because it is faster. I tried that the other day and wasted valuable seconds where I could have fled instead. ;/

haha, retire should be like kill. You should have to type out the entire word for it to count.

It already works that way:

'RET' should default to "retreat."
