How do you think disguise works? Is it a physical mask, clothing with pads to increase size? That clothing would be ripped off and your original clothing under it would be showing. The mask would chip and break, showing your true face behind it.
If it's magical, does it require some amount of concentration? If it's the latter, then oh...nevermind. Otherwise, I still think that being hit by anything would damage your disguise, and that's what I'm using to rationalize that the disguise becomes useless after being hit.
You might be able to tell someone is wearing armor under a disguised appearance, but an arrow to the chest, or face even, wouldn't necessarily remove the makeup (I find it silly to think they are wearing some kind of mask that would be obviously noticeable), and yeah, maybe a near miss could tear a wig off.
I'm still going with no. It doesn't seem like a broken feature to me.
I've taken a punch or two IRL while in drag and my dress never fell off. Just saying.
