The minimal damage caused by dirt kick, however (which some times causes NPCs to fall and break their neck and die) is blocked by SS.

Isn't the fall and break their neck death message from being bashed?

Back in the day there was a death blow from dirt kick about dirt in the eye.....

The dirt kick death message is something about kicking a tiny rock in their eye which causes it to some how miraculously pierce the brain or something and kill them. Was fairly gory.

Also uh, in a game with stupid spells with the same cast time as magma that cause their target to instantly die, how is ~40% one time and ~20% after that anything to friendly about? :P

You can get enchants to lower/resist these spells nearly every time. (Besides charm, which idk if it still works on PC's? Haven't seen it used since being back, but thats a [REDACTED] spell that needs changed as well if it hasn't been yet)

For Magma there is nothing that lowers damage unless you're a resistant race and even then it doesn't help much. The only save there was cannot be used by anyone anymore besides the lock, or unless you get a certain item that is constantly hoarded. (Unless that too was changed)

When you say DA, do you mean DeathAdder? And by you, do you mean mundy?

He was talking to me, and calling me Dark-Avenger because he used to whine all the time about Magma being OP'd. (Though his was before the RE change)

I'd like to say that I think rogues got smacked around like a red-headed stepchild with this update.

I noticed that sprite casters got buffed pretty nicely (really hate what the casting time penalties to fly do to PVE trips).

Hadn't thought about rogues, though. Doesn't it get easier for them to rack up sick damage bonuses on weapons now? The frenzy penalty isn't that big of a deal because if they were getting hit, they were always in trouble anyway. What part of the update was it that jacked them?

The fact that damage enchants on a dagger are actually harder to get now, and there's also no to-hit bonus on them at all even if you do manage to get over 8 enchantments for damage.
