Wonder if it's the same with dex and haste.

This is clearly a bug which should be fixed.

Yeouch. That is going to make for one sloooow centaur.

Still, I'm not sure that I'm opposed to it... as long as innate mods allow you to exceed your racial max as they did before. Then it's an issue of giving up an innate save for an innate boost.

Not thoroughly tested, but enchanted dex and haste seem to stack just fine.

There is probably no bug here, although I would have to spend some time testing to be sure. Giant strength provides an enhancement bonus. If you endowed an item to also give you a strength bonus, those are not going to stack. If you don't see the giant strength in your affect list, that means your endowment was equal to or better than the spell.

However, complicating the picture, is the fact that giant strength doesn't just increase your current strength, it can increase your maximum strength. And it should still be doing this, regardless of whether or not your item endowment is greater. Which means that giant strength is doing something for you even if you can't see it on affect list.

To really fix this for display purposes, I ought to separate out the "increase max stat" as a separate affect from "increase current stat".

It's not the same a certain crucible skill. That one does not increase your maximum stats.

So giant strength affecting you, but not appearing in the "affects list", and not giving fatigue when it wears off is not a bug? It's just a perk of wearing +5 enhancement?

It certainly ought to give you fatigue. If that's not true, I didn't understand from the original post.

So it's a feature that if I'm wearing a +4 strength item, I get 0 benefit from giant strength?
