I'm really confused about how I could've gained fatigue without gaining Giant Strength of Haste. Is there another time when I might gain fatigue, such as after a fury/berserk wears off?

I wonder if this is from you resisting something with a haste buff on it.

I wish I had more information on it. I don't often check my affects list because I don't often have affects on me, so I'm not sure when and how I gained it.

I think this is caused by a related problem with your weapon spell. I have a fix for that for next reboot which I think will stop the fatigue as well.
