Reminds me of one time after ganking a couple people, I was shrinking down their armor, and this happened:

edges. The armor is of the finest make and has been polished to an
exquisite shine.

You release all your spells.
Your charm spell wears off.

The Inner Halls of Losache Keep
You stand now within a dimly-lit gothic hall, stretching down the
north-south length of the sprawling menace of Losache Keep. Much like the
spine of some terrible beast, the hall is ribbed with gossamer archways and
intricately-carved pillars made of brilliantly polished marble. The floors
are made of a warmly toned oak paneling, buffed to a shine and kept
meticulously spotless. To keep it so, a crimson red carpet has been laid to
cover the length of the hall. Elegant braziers and chandeliers provide
subtle light to the imposing essence of this, the heart of finest living in
Imperial life.
Obvious exits: n e s w
(Humming) A tanso-handled blade is stuck in the dirt here.
A cleaned skull covered with strange engravings has been left here.
A brittle palm leaf lies here.
An overgarment of gently faded colored stripes was tossed aside here.
A large spear of exotic make is stuck in the ground here.
(Glowing) (Humming) A plain looking sword is here, humming with power.
A leather cord strung with glinting stone beads lies here.
A life-sized statue of the Knightlord Arbalon stands here glowering.
(Charmed) A black bay destrier stands here, restlessly pawing at the ground.
A battle-scarred male minotaur stands here proudly.
A Praetorian Centurio is here on patrol.

blistered channels.
Overall, Prince Lathron is in excellent condition.

Notice Lathron was wearing my robes, and it looks like a bug causes me to release charm person. I don't know about you, but my sorcs generally kept some pretty nice things in their robes. I sent up a quick OOC prayer explaining what happened and asking if anything could be done. I was told that the policy is not to give back items lost to bugs. I said thanks, and stayed up late recovering the bulk of the unique items I had lost (there was fortunately a reboot several minutes after this). What I didn't do was whine about IMMs being useless, etc. Honestly, I think it is a good policy, and while it is unfortunate that you lost 6 hours of enchanting, you don't look good when you react in an angry and hostile way towards the IMMs (volunteers) on the forums.
And this mystery has already been solved, but those anklets that give you flight also completely screw up your group formation every time their script is activated. I remember it took Ardith a little while to figure out why Ralina kept ending up in the front row. If memory serves, an IMM did take a look at it and said that this was not a bug that could be easily fixed, and it works the way it does because the only alternative would cause you to die if the script activated while you were above a city (or somewhere else where you couldn't have flight wear off).
