It really bothers me that the pbase questions why Darkies are underplayed. You instantly have more friends as a lighty and more places to sit around. The game is already imbalanced, why imbalance it more by identifying the Talons as light? A plethora of Dark characters have played Talons.

Your math is incorrect. The Guardians are not a good-aligned tribunal, despite the fact they have primarily been led by and populated with good-aligned characters (elves for the most part).

The Guardians of Selkwood includes more than just the elves of Sith'a'niel. The coalition also includes the centaurs of Grahme and the sprites of Elisair. It is reasonable to expect a neutral or even an evil sprite/centaur could lead the Guardians.

Just because it has been dominated by and primarily associated with the elves of Sith'a'niel doesn't mean it will always be that way.

Also, the Midnight Council is not strictly dark. They only requirement is the RP requirement of loyalty to the Empire, and the ability to fight for the Empire. We've have "Grey" MC members, and the Empire is not technically "dark".

To use a D&D analogous example, fully knowing that SK is not D&D, the Empire is a Lawful Evil Kingdom. That doesn't mean that EVERY citizen in it is Lawful Evil, only that the ruling body is Lawful Evil.

Best gaming supplement I've found that literally portrays that, is Calastia in the Scarred Lands books series. A lawful evil kingdom whose commoners are in far better living conditions than anywhere in the world.

Empire: Aberrant (which could involve some greybies that are more Dogmatic)
North: Diabolic (Doubt they would want someone with empathy)
Zhenshi: Scrupulous and/or Dogmatic (Mainly light but could have greybies at the same time)
Ayamao: Has two actually, Sith: Principled. Grahme/Elisair: Unprincipled (Usually lightie, but grahme and elisair even have darkies in their cities, so any really)
Taslamar: Principled (Still laugh when a non-lightie is allowed to live with Morea so close)
Uxmal: Anarchic (Well... no govt so, no one and everyone is welcome at the same time!)
