 Post subject: charms and healing spells

Not sure if this is a bug. Certain mentor level npc charms are unable to cast cure light when apprentice level ones can.

They are either not a priest NPC, or there are intelligence restrictions due to their race.

dwarven acolyte and shaman NPC from the circle both sitting for extra concentration.

Cure light cant take THAT much concentration.

I just wasn't sure if certain NPCs in certain areas have spell restrictions or this was a bug.

A lot of NPCs aren't what they appear to be.

Cast charm on a dwarf and he will have like -50 int. You will need to give him int mods. Oh, and NPCs are never really of the class shamans.
