Oh, right. I thought that only stole coins. Is that still in effect? I used to buy some pretty cool items there once in a while.

I had my saddlebags stolen from my inventory. I did immediately catch the thief and kill them. Only thing was the thief had junked the saddlebags but still had everything from inside them. Not sure if it's supposed to work that way.

I know when I shoot the rogues down, right there in front of me, and I butcher the corpse, most of the arrows I shot are gone, like achernar said, it's when you kill them that the items disappear, probably, and so your best bet is to stun them instead of killing them?

Just want to point out achie over there gave everyone a tip on how to avoid having them destroy your stuff, though I don't know if it works.
