Shattered Kingdoms

All of the new griffon options appeal to me. That and dwarf swashbucklers / sprite barbs.

I want to see the log of a sprite barbarian knocking someone out with a headbutt.

Sprite Barbarian: Sounds funny when he counterstrikes, but everyone stops laughing when he breaks out the Wild fighting claws.

Halfling Barbarian: The Munchkin of Doom

This is pure day dreaming but new races available with tokens would be pretty tight. Or unique skills/spells. Not sure if Dulrik feels the same way on that, or if he'd have the time to dedicate to such a project. Still, playing a Manticore barbarian (evil's answer to the Griffon) or a Goblin scout might be cool.

Is there a list that shows what combos you can get and how much they cost?

The only combos you can't have are alignment-restricted ones like deep-elf paladin.

so how much would it cost to make a Sprite priest (heavy armor) and how long does it take to make that many tokens?

I believe a sprite priest is 20 tokens.
