Two issues here, unrelated to one another. First one's mostly just a typo I think but the messages for kick always say "him" regardless of the gender of the target:

Second issue is that it appears as if foot weapons are doubling as armor. Not sure if that is intentional, but items that ID as "Knuckles" and are subject to enchant weapon should probably not provide armor to the space they're worn on. Right now, those types of weapons can deflect hits to the feet. I don't have a log snippet showing foot weapons deflecting shots, the last one I saw got lost in my buffer, but it should be fairly easy to reproduce if it's not intentional.

I'd be interested in seeing a log. We simply added the foot/hoof slots to barehanded weapons, so in theory both those worn on the hands and those worn on the feet could replicate it.

It may be related to a certain race and that the ability to use them as weapons would be limited to one set of "feet" though; in which case, it's sort of a non-issue, IMO.

Even if the ability to use them as weapons is only available to one set of feet, wearing weapons on the second set of feet shouldn't provide armor protection. That's kind of my point. I'll see if I can get a replication to proc at some point.

My point is that if they can be used as weapons only on one set of hooves, players are probably not likely to use weapon-enchanted gear in favor of armor-enchanted gear on the other. There isn't much point, except, of course, for the sake of argument, which is a pastime of these forums.

I'm not saying it's an ideal choice or a common one. I'm just saying that weapons shouldn't be providing armor protection. That would be a bug, and I was reporting it. If it turns out to be accurate, it means the other version of these weapons for the hands are ALSO providing armor protection, which also isn't proper and should be corrected. This is the forum for reporting bugs, isn't it?

I'm saying post a log. I'm also saying that it should be able to be replicated with hand-slot weapons as well as foot-slot weapons (and that you should probably get a log of that, too). I'm saying that this isn't a huge deal, in my opinion, even if it is a bug. Note that I have not, at any juncture, said that it wouldn't be a bug.
