B-Day Curious?

This feels a little silly to ask, but yesterday was Smoochy's birthday. On the 21st we'll finally have internet again, sooooo~♫ there will be some time to play the game. Now, while Smoochy hasn't exactly been around as long as thevets, there has been a lingering thought bubbling around.

Question. Does SK do anything special for birthdays?

It would be kind of nice as a welcome back sort of thing...

On your character's birthday, level drain becomes permanent if not healed.

Birthday, as in In Real Life birthday. Do we do anything for PLAYER birthdays...

The systen doesnt know about player birthdays, so there is no code concerning it. It would also be inappropriate to refer to your birthday while playing, because that is an OOC concept.

If you have suggestions around player birthdays, feel free to make them, although there are no guarantees they will be implemented.

I wasn't implying on writing a suggestion on the subject, cause it isn't a suggestion...

It was my birthday on the 17th...

I was just wondering if the Staff honors that sort of thing...

Wow. I'm sorry. This just made it depressing, but did this really go over your heads that much? It was question. I can understand that there is constant talk of changes and editions to the game. This isn't one of them. A happy birthday would be nice, at least..

As Dulrik stated, we do not currently collect player birthday information on the site. If many of you think that recognition would be nice, we can, perhaps, find a way to harvest the information (forum profiles, probably), keep tabs, and make an attempt to at least say, "Smoochy made it around the sun once more!"

This is the first time, to my knowledge, that anyone has asked for such.
