If I'm cranky it's because cheating is at an all-time high, amongst immortals and mortals both. And it's practically sanctioned because shitheads like Achernar can post the room description of where Earar is to jreid. There are winners and losers picked in the immstaff, and if you're not in the winners circle then you're gonna get harrassed.

Cool beans. If earar shows up to the masked woman grp continuation, be sure to paste me his whereabouts.
Several players have asked me to investigate this rumor. I hadn't given it any credence, since I know that Achernar has a bunch of things going on in real life and hasn't even been available to help with the game much lately. But let's do this.
My understanding of the accusation is that (paraphrased) "Achernar pasted the exact location of Earar and Zaarim to Orsiphantes, his pet mortal, so that he could land a quick double kill".
Assuming this is the facts of the accusation, it would be hard to prove if true, but it's potentially easy to disprove if false. Achernar would have to be online during the time period in question and I have logs of all admin comings and goings.
Logs also provide the exact time period in question:
Code:
2014-05-17 22:55:03 Orsiphantes killed Earar
2014-05-17 22:55:07 Orsiphantes killed Zaarim
So when were the closest times Achernar actually logged into the game during this time period?
Code:
+---------------------+-------------+
| LoginDate | Time Online |
+---------------------+-------------+
| 2014-05-18 15:43:45 | 00:06:25 |
| 2014-05-16 09:18:35 | 00:00:54 |
+---------------------+-------------+
Or in other words, he didn't log on at all during that particular day. Hence the accusations are proven false.
Furthermore, I did a search for every active admin, just to cover all the bases. There were actually no admins online at all during this particular killing spree. The one online closest to the action was Meissa, but she logged out at 2014-05-17 19:00:48, almost 4 hours earlier.
