I don't think they should get herbalism but rather give them a skill where they can may lower powered all natural potions from herbs that gives benefits that can bypass mr. Like cure light etc

Bringing natural potions does weird things, like the effects of a potion being delay for your body to break down and absorbing the potion. Or gradual effects, or building tolerance or over saturating the body with potions that with lesser or negate the effects.

Following that thinking, eating the raw herbs for scouts should then be less effective and have a longer delay?
