Unfortunately a good Junk Looting is the only way to make a defeat sting. Majority of players will never admit defeat aside from deleting so it's best to leave them de-clawed for awhile.

It's the truth. That's why I junked liberally. But, time investment being peed on is something that has to be kept in mind when doing it. It's also the reason it stings so much and has to be used sometimes.
