While "poor quality" means something to vets who roughly understand what that means on a level-based equipment system and plays more directly to masked numbers, it is less revealing to have something that simply says:

There's a slight/moderate/extremely likely chance that this item may be attractive to thieves more powerful than you.

Yours seems like something that would be much easier to pick up on, suggestion-wise, Meissa. The other, I wasn't entirely sure what poor quality even meant there (as in it might be almost worn out or what).
