So.. are you going to allow people to migrate to the North, if they want to?

As far as I know, staff will not be migrating anybody to the north or to the Ayamao.

So, that means that the North, as a player-habitable kingdom, is permanently dead, and Ayamao will die permanently once the Guardians die out?

The word "permanently" is so... permanent... that I hesitate to use it. But for the foreseeable future, yes, you are correct.

That's really gonna cram things up then, having four cities to choose from. Cram up as in cause a whole hell of a lot more PK, which is gonna scare off some people and the game is already scarce as it is.

More pk is good. I don't agree with your premise that more pk will scare people off.

I also am not convinced that it will drive much more PK. The areas themselves are opened still, so no one's being kept from just traveling there if they want a spot to hang out. Yes, there are technically fewer places that people could recall to, but that's not as huge a factor in whether or not someone is going to get involved in PvP.

From reading many of the posts on this forum, I can see that pk can definitely be a big part of this game. However, I also see that it requires an intricate knowledge of the world in order to do so with any kind of skill at all. With that said and keeping in mind that you're trying to attract more noobs like me, then you should probably build some kind of learning system in how to pk at least to the minimum effectiveness into the world. Perhaps a pk academy once people hit the level at which pk would be viable. Maybe Veteran or Mentor or something. This will help you guys to promote the pk aspect of the game versus PvE only AND would make new people like me not be skiddish to even attempt to figure out how the PK part of the game works well. At least I'd have a semi-fighting chance if there were an IC academy. Since you have opposing kingdoms, maybe there's a war academy in the Empire and one in Taslamar or something. Just a suggestion from a noob with extensive experience elsewhere.

I don't think that this will seriously affect the PK flow.

Noob: If you want to learn to PK, make

However, this will seriously lower the amount of political intrigue (drama) and the amount of RP diversity in people's characters.

Let's talk about that last point.

Perhaps immigration offices should be added in every country?
