I'm going for the obvious ones, 3 for each:

Vulcan = Elf
Romulan = Deep-Elf
Human = Human

Wraith = Necromancers
Unas = SK needs a super cool reptilian race
Goa'uld = Thubanites of any class

Jedi = Hammer
Sith = Crucible
Yoda = Gnome Sorcerer

Yoda is definitely a gnome mercenary specialized in lightsaber, and only lightsaber.

The real trick is that he's constantly sending tells to all the dead jedi he knows so that they can spam poltergeist on inanimate objects whenever he needs to "use the force."

Yeah Yoda would be a melee class more than any other class.

Considering his focus in Ataru form the most acrobatic lightsabre form, yeah he'd definitely be a merc specialized in some high accuracy sword like weapon.

I'd put Quark as an unprincipled gnome rogue, Data a principled human merc. Chewbacca maybe a scrupulous griffon/giant merc?

I'll throw Wharf in as a principled giant barbarian.

I'd put Han Solo as Scrupulous/Unprincipled and Chewbacca as dogmatic.
