Since numbers are low, and we don't have many different ways to bring someone in, we should have a refer a friend incentive bonus.

If a new player can prove that an existing player brought them in, both players should be rewarded. The new player should get something along the lines of the first LT bonus exp and perhaps some upgraded academy armor.

The existing player should get something major. Something like an extra stat point or 15 LT's. But this should only occur after the new player reaches a certain level. That will keep people from having all their buddies at work create a character, activate the refer command, and then delete delete.

The whole idea is up for discussion. Go.

I wonder why the numbers are so low....perhaps many people don't want to spend so much energy to build up their char so to see them abused by Immortals, '''pro''' characters backed up by immortals and actions against their characters, supported by Immortals, as well. In my country we have a simpel quote, the fish starts stinking from its own head! Sad words but that's what you get when you don't respect your own clients.

It's 2016, there exist people who have played a mud and come back occasionally, and people who will never play that mud. Retention and vet outreach are the only way to get a who list.

This is something I have thought about in the past and I would still like to do it once I get a few other things completed.
