Please use this forum to share with other players how to get HTML logs from your preferred MUD Client.

MUSHCLIENT (2 ways):

1. If the entirety of the log is in your buffer, highlight the text and right click, and select "Copy as HTML."
2. Select File > World Properties > Logging. In "format of log," click HTML. Go to File > Log Session. Select whether you would like to include the lines in your buffer (and log commands, if you like) and then click OK. The log of your entire session will be available when you log off of the game.

Feel free to post additional tips here for log posting as well.

For example:
 • If your log is over 60k characters, you can't do it in a single post. Unfortunately, it's actually very easy to hit this limit with the bbcode conversion. You can make additional posts in a single thread in order to post your full log if needed.
 • If your log includes < or > characters (for example as part of your prompt), then the conversion to html will likely transform them into > and < strings. After the bbcode step, you will need to do a search and replace to transform '>' back to '>' and '<' back to '<'.
 • If you are just starting out posting and don't want to go through the extra learning curve right away, it's perfectly fine to post in black and white. Just copy straight from your text buffer and only add the [quote] and [log] tags to get rolling quickly.

As people use the system, we will continue our efforts to automate and improve it based on your feedback.
