So the playerbase has become somewhat rarified, and that's fine. But i'm wondering if we can get some changes related to aging, if their arent some already that I don't know about. I was hoping for two things.
1. make aging give greater benefits to players than we already see. Obviously casters get a lot stronger as they age, but maybe something better. I think Dulrik added a 3rd specialize for mercs who age up, but what about something for other melee classes? I'm thinking something significant, like along the lines of +art to rogues or a slightly stronger ambush for scouts.
2. This is fairly self serving, and there was a time when I would have said it wasn't neccessary, but what about a quest that lets your character live longer. I understand gming is easy and I have a few I can choose from, but i'm nostalgic for some of my characters and I don't want to start over. I like the idea of some characters lasting hundreds of years. I would be completely fine with deep-elves and elves living 800 years.

In order to gather up people you have to aim in personal amusement. I would recommend to restore tribunal spells again, for now, since none is going to use buffs to raid an enemy kingdom . If ppl get back, you can remove it again.

I would also allow tribunal guards to be able to join the group anywhere. Not just enemy territory. Everywhere. That will motivate people to join a tribunal. I repeat, only until fresh blood comes in. Two players having exploring kind of fun will motivate others to be more active and attract newcomers.

In a few words, i would try to give lots of options so that ppl will not have to stay inn-idle or feel alone on a 1-person who list.

This is just my humble pov.
