Shattered Kingdoms

I don't know if it's a bug or not, or perhaps I just don't fully know how Tame works but just about almost everything but grizzly bear, alpha wolf both found in or near Selkwood are the only things I can seem to tame as a GM level scout that can get up to a dynamic level of Charisma. I found out there have been some changes to Tame but its a little frustrating to see

xxx is enjoying your company
xxx is too strong-willed for you to master.

on everything. Is there something going on or is tame based of natural charisma. My scout knows the tame ability (superb) so I didn't think it was an issue there.

You need to master tame for it to work.

Needing it mastered before it works seems a bit harsh.
