 Post subject: Small changes to Bards

I figured out a few things that could make bards a little better.

Dance should increase the dodge bonus moderately

Art should increase the success rate of persuade

Songs of sleep and silence should drain slightly less mana, since it's so hard to regenerate.

Allow us to quaff vials while singing, stop singing when you quaff and add the lag afterwards. Right now it takes so much lag when stopping a song you don't have time to quaff heal or word to save your life.
